About a year and a half ago I bought a set of walkway marking lights at Lowes. They worked fine but then the batteries started to go bad. I could not find the exact same batteries and Lowes no longer carries the marking lights. The only ones I could find were these that are 400mAh. The old ones were 250 mAh. I don't even know what mAh is but purchased them anyway. That sometimes work and sometimes they don't work.
These batteries are hard to find. They work just like any other batteries. Bought this through Amazon for grandparents to use overseas.
